Hints for better support: If you are commenting or requesting support on one of our programs, please tell us which version you are using including the file date of the executable.   Also please tell us what other programs were running at the time you encountered the problem.   Describe the problem as thoroughly as possible.  Tell us as accurately as you can the sequence of steps which you believe led to the problem you encountered and describe thoroughly the problem and how you dealt with it.   We will respond as quickly as possible to your request for help and your reports of problems.
