The first step in doing a precision profile analysis is to define a data set. Begin by naming your analysis in the header fields, then enter dose-response calibration data pairs into the Calibration table area.

Sample and observational data not to be used in defining the curve can be entered in the Control/Samples table. Such data, however, will be used in the precision profile calculations.

When all data are entered, begin the analysis by clicking the "process" button. After processing is completed, simple statistical measures of the data set are displayed on this page. For initial review of the completed analysis, go to the Method Analysis Summary page.
