Options Pages - General Preferences
The Options Pages permit customization of many features of ProQuant.

The basic personalization options for the ProQuant program are set according to your preferences on this page. Categories of options and preferences include files and directories settings, appearance options, default settings for analysis options, options defining the output for the DOE report, and a means of saving the current source data as a ProQuant structured input file.

In the lower left corner of the page, a panel displays the current status of your user license.

To create custom templates for analysis reports, go to the Reports and Graphs page.

Sections of the General Preferences Options Page:
Header Section	Standard header information for the analysis.
Files and Directories Panel	Directory paths for data and archive file folders.
Appearance Options Panel	Options for display and on-screen appearance of data.
Analysis Options Panel	Options governing the analysis process.
User License Display	Panel displaying current licensed users information.
