ProQuant Program Guide

The ProQuant program interface is divided into eleven sections.

The Run ID Header is visible at all times when you are viewing information specific to a particular analysis or data set. The Run ID section is positioned just below the navigation tabs at the top of the ProQuant window.

Selecting a tab page gives you access to the other ten sections of the program.

Source Data Page   Enter and review and edit your data set and view its direct derivatives, the transformed and quantified data sets.   Analysis Summary Page   View a comprehensive summary of a completed analysis. This page brings together the most important indicators and measures of your method.   Calibration Page   View in broader detail the measures of calibration of your analysis.   Imprecision Page   View in depth details of the precision measures of your analysis and fit.   Curve Data Page   Review a comprehensive table of curve fit to your data and additional measures and calculated values relating to the fit.   Report View Page   Create, edit, print of save to file a tailored report of the analyis of your data set.   Options Page   Select from three sub-pages:   General Preferences   Set ProQuant's operations and appearance options.   Reports and Graphs   Create customized report templates and set graph display options.   Data Archive   Store and recall analysis for review and re-processing.   Introduction to ProQuant   View, read on screen, print or export the Houts Precision Profile White Paper.
