| The Within-Run Precision Profile graph displays the calculated precision profile over the entire calibration range as the blue continuous curve. The green curves surrounding it represent the upper and lower 95% confidence limits for the precision profile.

| The blue diamond points on the graph represent the observed precision in quantified values for each replicated calibrator or control. These points are plotted at the calculated mean value for the quantified concentrations.
|

| These values can also be viewed in the Source Data table when the Quantified radio button is selected.
|

|
| The brown error bars represent the 95% confidence interval for each estimated %CV, based on the number of replicates for that particular calibrator, sample, or unknown.
|
|
|
| These error bars should normally include the blue line of the Precision Profile. We will examine the significance of this in greater detail when we discuss the Imprecision tab page
