When reading a PQD data format file, ProQuant assigns data pairs to either the Calibration or Controls table based on embedded codes in the file. Other data formats do not contain the embedded codes. Upon loading, the ProQuant data import parser will attempt to determine the most likely data structure. If after importing the data, the resulting tables are not correct, you can use several editing techniques to correct the data arrangement before proceeding with the analysis.
