How to use ProQuant to characterize a test method
Previous  Top  Next

ProQuant is an efficient tool to characterize the precision and accuracy characteristics of a test method. It can also be used to quantify samples from a calibration curve. The precision of replicates of calibrators (and controls or unknowns, if present) is used to construct a precision profile and to estimate. The concept is to analyze data from a batch or run of calibrators and samples. There are four steps to analyzing your data:

Step 1: Enter your data into ProQuant.
Step 2: Select your analysis options.
Step 3: Press the "Process" button to initiate processing
Step 4: Examine your Precision Profile results
