DOE optimization of the analytical method. These include:  
 
Sensitivity;  
 
Upper and Lower limits of quantification (ULOQ and LLOQ);  
 
The precision profile calculation, reported as the estimated %CV at each non-zero calibrator level; and  
 
Accuracy, as measured by the estimated concentration from the mean response for each control sample, divided by the target concentration for that control sample.
