| On the Data Archive page you can save the current analysis for future review, or recall a previously saved archive to review the analysis, create reports, export data to other programs or even re-run the analysis with different options.

| When an analysis is completed but has not yet been saved as an archive, ProQuant will warn you if you are about to take an action that will cause the analysis to be deleted without first being archived.
|

| You can load a previous archive for review with the Load Data button and save the analysis with the Save Data button.

| As you select archives using the archive browser, the name of the archive file, the Run ID, Date and any Comments are displayed.

| By default, the Archive Browser displays only files with the standard PQA ProQuant Archive extension. You can view all files by selecting the View All Files check box.

| The Data Archive browser is similar to the dual-pane file browser in Windows Explorer.
