| An option to create a structured ProQuant data file from the data currently displayed in the Source Data tables. Run ID, Date and Comments are also included. The default file name will be the contents of the Run ID field, but can be changed in the File Save dialog. The file can be saved to any location, but the default folder for saving a PQD file will be the folder path assigned to the Source Data Directory.
