| Use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the number of calibration calibration values for your data set. As you change the numeric value, the table itself will add or subtract columns. Create a column for each calibration value and for the zero, if used. A maximum of 20 calibration calibration values, including zero can be set.

| ProQuant requires a minimum number of calibrators to be set as determined by the Curve Fit equation. The default Marq-Lev equation requires a minimum of 5 data points and therefore the minimum calibration count is 5 including the zero. The minimum calibration count varies according to the Curve Fit equation currently selected.
