| Graph of the Calibration-Response curve. This graph displays each individual calibrator point, along with the fitted calibration curve.

| X Scale is the range of calibration values. Each point on the X scale represents a column in the calibration table of data.
|

|
| Y Scale is the range of response values. If a transformation has been applied, the transformed response values are used.
|
|
|
| Data Points Each response value is represented by a dot marking its position on the graph axes.
|
|
|
| Plot Line The curve line depicts the curve function calculated values determined by the calibration versus the mean of the responses.
|
|
|
| Note that the response in this graph is the transformed response. A view of the Calibration curve drawn with the Y axis in untransformed values is available on the Calibration tab view page.
