<data>

Once the <data> symbol is encountered, succeeding lines are processed as data. If the line begins with a character "c" the values are placed in the calibration table. On that line, the next "word" is assumed to be the numeric value of the calibration, the third "word" is a corresponding response. When the "calibration" word changes, a new column is started. All data pairs for the same calibration must be grouped together.

If the first character is an "s" the data are placed in the "Control samples" section of the table.

If, following an s, the next item begins with the character "u" then the data are considered to be an unknown and the calibration cell is left blank. To separate different columns of unknowns, use u1, u2, u3 etc. If, on lines beginning with an s, the second item in non-numeric (cannot be converted to a numeric value) then the data are treated as unknowns and the non-numeric string is placed in the first row as the unknown identifier. Group sets of observed responses for an unknown by using the same identifier. Change identifiers to begin a new unknown set.
