Build the information you want into the clipping window, double -click each item you want to import. Most labels and all data fields accept the double-click. After building the information string you want to save, right click on the DataClipper text area to display a menu.
From the menu, choose to send the current contents of the Data Clipper to the Windows Clipboard, Import into Data Clipper work area from the clipboard, Clear the Data Clipper window or close the window.
To increase the DataClipper work area, use your mouse to drag the window larger or smaller.
Once information is transferred to the clipboard, it must be placed in another application. Additional paste operations to the clipboard will overwrite the current contents.
