Click on the menu selection labeled Design a Report Format to open the report design window.
Select the property categories to include in your custom designed report by clicking the check box for each category. As you click the boxes, the report check box is also checked in the group border on the page for that property. Clicking either box toggles that property category on or off for the report.
Set up your output device by selecting Printer Setup.
When you have designed your report you can click on the button labeled Print Report to begin sending your report to the current printer.
