From the Report Manager page of the options dialog or by clicking the check-boxes for each property category directly on the information screens, create a report format which includes the information you want to save.
Either way you make your selections, they will be reflected in the other view. The Report Manager is accessible either through the options menu or from the Report Menu items under the File section of the main menu.
